"Bed's not bad either," Billy said, soft against Goodnight's mouth, as he smiled lazily. There was time before people started really rousing. Billy heard one of the clocks chime elsewhere in the house, signaling the early hour. The servants would be up soon, but this part of the house, with the masters and mistresses, would be quiet for a while yet.
